How and what does Pleo see?

Pleo sees using a custom designed camera letting him detect objects in his path and track the movement of some colored objects.

The camera is connected to Pleo's ARM7 processor chip where the input is analyzed and responses are triggered.

Pleo's vision can be improved and changed through future software downloads to the processor.
